Warzone Armor Satchel buff idea would make it even more “Legendary”

This Warzone Armor Satchel buff idea gives the Legendary item an added benefit which many players may like to see make it into the game.

A Warzone player has come up with a simple little buff idea for the Armor Satchel to make it even more “Legendarythan what it already is in the Call of Duty battle royale.

Warzone Season 6 is really bringing the spirit of Halloween with new spooky operators Ghost Face and Donnie Darko. As well as this, the game will also be getting a new event, the Haunting, which will bring a brand new LTM.

With the recent October 15 update patch, some players have changes on their minds.

Although many may not think it needs a buff, one player has come up with an exciting idea to give the Armour Satchel an added detail that would make it even more “Legendary” than it already is.

Reddit user spancer35 is the player responsible for the idea, as they posted the Armor Satchel buff on the Warzone subreddit.

The post is titled: “Here is a little upgrade to Armor(?) Satchel to make it an actual “Legendary Item.”

As many players will know, the Armor Satchel is of Legendary rarity, giving players three additional armor plates to carry on top of the base five. This small buff idea is intended to give the Armor Sachel another bonus, as the user feels the Armor Satchel could use it.

The buff would essentially make it, so the Armor Satchel gives players extra ammo and plates. The image attached to the post shows exactly how much extra ammo the Armor Satchel will provide players.

Some players in the comments have mixed opinions about this idea, though, as one user stated: “I think this is an unnecessary buff. Satchel is in a pretty fair spot and on the biggest upswing can give your entire team 13 plates (drop 5 armor then pickup satchel).”

In contrast, another comment read: “There should be an Ammo Belt where you can have an increased ammo capacity. Like how the Satchel works for Armour Eg. Mid Cal moving from 210 to 270 or 300.”

Perhaps the developers will think about the possibility of adding something like an Ammo Belt or a bonus to the Armor Satchel in the future.

We’ll have to wait and see what happens, but who knows, perhaps Vanguard’s release and integration will see changes like this.

Warzone Pacific Caldera has multiplayer mastery camos but not Zombies

The Warzone Pacific Caldera update will allow players to use their Vanguard multiplayer Mastery Camos, but not the Zombies camos.

Warzone is entering into a new era with the Pacific Caldera update. However, Raven Software has chosen to exclude some of the Vanguard Mastery Camos.

When Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War integrated with Warzone, players were excited to have access to their Zombies camos. However, it took a fairly long time before Zombies Camos finally arrive in Warzone.

Players were pretty disappointed in the initial exclusion of the Cold War Zombies camos. Especially knowing how hard it is to grind to get the Zombies Mastery Camos.

The disappointment continued once Raven Software finally added the camos as a bug made the Mastery Camos look awful. And with the massive Pacific Caldera update, camo grinders might not be too happy.

Raven Software gave some big names in the CoD community exclusive early access to the Pacific Caldera update. JGOD and ModernWarzone were two members who shared information regarding Warzone Pacific’s camos.

According to JGOD, Warzone Pacific will include Vanguard’s multiplayer Mastery Camos but not the Zombies camos.

However, this doesn’t mean Raven Software won’t add them at a later date. It just means that players won’t have access to their Vanguard Zombies Mastery Camos at launch.

Players could see a repeat of the delayed inclusion of camos like when Warzone integrated with Cold War. But with no word from Raven Software, we will just have to wait and see.

With that being said, ModernWarzone shared what the Mastery Camos look like in the new engine. Some players believe the camos look identical to the ones in Vanguard. Others think the new multiplayer Mastery Camos are worth the grind.

When does Warzone Pacific Season 1 update release?

The new Warzone Pacific update will be available on December 9 for free for everyone. However, if you own Vanguard, you can get 24 hours early access to the new content beginning on December 8.

Warzone Pacific was originally meant to launch on December 2, but Call of Duty announced on November 19 that the update had been delayed a week.

What does Caldera look like? All POIs

Warzone's Pacific Caldera map

Calling Cards unlocked in the Secrets of the Pacific event have given us a decent look at some of the POIs set to arrive in the game, but players got their first true look at Caldera on November 30.

The official Call of Duty Twitter account tweeted out an image of the map, including a list of all 15 named POIs, such as Arsenal, Mines, Capital, and more. You can take a look at the full map above.

Plus, Call of Duty has now also released a short trailer, giving us a good look at the landscape and POIs. You can check it out in the video above.

What’s included in Warzone Pacific’s Caldera update?

The launch of the Caldera Warzone map lines up with the start of Vanguard x Warzone Season 1, which will feature a new Battle Pass, Operators, weapons, and the RICOCHET anti-cheat.

In addition to these new features, players will get to test out some brand new games modes, in-game contracts, and of course the new Gulag.

Season 1 new Operators and weapons

Kai operator season 1

Call of Duty players will be excited to hear that the majority of Season 1 content is available free of charge. Vanguard and Warzone Pacific players will receive three weapons, two new perks, and new equipment for free. Players can also access two other weapons through a challenge or within new Store Bundles, both to arrive during the season.

Of course, players who purchase the Battle Pass will receive additional content such as Trident’s First Operator: Francis “Kai” Lanakila. Lewis Howard and Isabella Rosario Dulnuan Reyes are the two other Operators joining the fight later on in the season.

Gulag, vehicles and contracts

These three Warzone mainstays are not going anywhere. Players will still be expected to duel in the Gulag. Warzone Pacific will introduce at least three WWII-themed vehicles that can be seen in the roadmap. Two are ground vehicles while the other is a fighter plane.

The new Big Game Bounty contract is going to shake the game up. Warzone Pacific’s new Big Game Bounty contract will mark the player with the highest kill count as the bounty.

Warzone game modes

Two new modes will be making their way to Warzone Pacific. The first of these modes is called Vanguard Royale. In this mode, players will be restricted to Vanguard content. This means vehicles and weapons involved in the Battle Royale mode must come from Vanguard.

Meanwhile, Vanguard Resurgence is going to bring the fan-favorite resurgence respawn mechanic to Caldera.

Festive Fervor

Festive Fervor is set to be a holiday-themed event across Vanguard and Warzone. Although we currently have little info about the event, players can expect a ton of festive content and bundles to enjoy. The devs told players to “expect more intel about Festive Fervor later this month.”

And not only will the Warzone action move to WW2 and the Pacific, but all of the Operators, Weapons, and cosmetics from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War will carry over. Players can use this content in the Caldera Battle Royale mode, whereas the Vanguard Royale mode will only feature WW2 weapons and equipment.

And Warzone players have been crying out for a more effective anti-cheat, and Activision has answered with RICOCHET. This kernel-level anti-cheat has been built exclusively for Warzone and Vanguard, so we’ll need to wait and see how effective it is.
