Players have noticed a distracting difference when it comes to Caldera’s sun following the Season 4 Reloaded update and the devs have commented on the unintentional lighting change.

The Warzone Season 4 Reloaded update has provided players with a ton of new content to enjoy including the devastating Vargo-S Assault Rifle and Rebirth of the Dead mode. Despite the new content, the update has caused some issues that players are beginning to take note of.

It’s common for a major update to cause a few hiccups that the devs will look into fixing over the following days and this is exactly the case when it comes to Caldera’s unintentional lighting changes.

Warzone streamer TheTacticalBrit pointed out that Caldera’s lighting seems overly bright after the Season 4 Reloaded update rolled out. The streamer asks if “they’ve broken the sun on Caldera?”

This isn’t the first time that lighting issues have plagued Warzone players with many calling for the sun to get nerfed in the past. It seems players are distracted by the increase in brightness on the screen that emulates a never-ending flashbang.

Warzone players can take solace in the fact that Raven Software have already commented on the situation. According to the devs: “a fix is being investigated.”

The lighting problem on Caldera is currently classified as under investigation as per the devs’ Trello board, alongside a fix for the dev error 5476. Keep an eye out for Caldera’s sun to receive a nerf shortly.
