Warzone expert reveals fastest-killing STG44 loadout in Season 3
The STG44 is an extremely popular weapon in Season 3 and Warzone expert WhosImmortal has revealed the fastest-killing loadout for the Assault Rifle.
Long gone are the days of several Cold War weapons dominating the Assault Rifle class in Warzone. Season 3 ushered in significant nerfs to Cold War weapons, and as it stands only the XM4 remains a top option.
Competing for the top spot alongside the XM4 is Vanguard’s STG44, which has always been a steady weapon in Warzone Pacific, but Season 3 buffs have increased its viability. Now, a Warzone expert has revealed the STG44’s fastest-killing loadout.
Warzone YouTuber WhosImmortal’s statistical breakdown of weapons following weapon balancing changes has led to the discovery of some unique and powerful class setups.

Their latest focus is on the STG44, which players will no doubt already be accustomed to as the most popular weapon in Warzone at the moment. The fastest-killing loadout revealed for the STG makes it the perfect long-range weapon for Caldera and Rebirth Island.
WhosImmortal’s best TTK STG44 Warzone loadout
- Muzzle: MX Silencer
- Barrel: VDD 760mm 05B
- Optic: SV-40 PU Scope 3-6x
- Stock: VDD 34S Weighted
- Underbarrel: m1941 Hand Stop
- Magazine: 8mm Kurz 60 Round Drums
- Ammo Type: Lengthened
- Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
- Perk: Nerves of Steel
- Perk 2: Fully Loaded
WhosImmortal explains that the main difference with this STG44 loadout is equipping the 8mm Kurz 60 Round Drums over the popular 7.62 Gorenko 50 Round Mags. This particular magazine allows the STG44 to kill much quicker at greater distances.
WhosImmortal compares this build to a Sniper support setup that has slightly different attachments. He explains that while the 7.62 Gorenko 50 Round Mags allow the weapon to kill faster within the first 46 meters, this only really helps players on limited occasions.

For the fastest TTK build on Caldera and Rebirth Island, WhosImmortal suggests the above attachments, “the true best TTK build is going to be with your basic 60 round extended mags.” These mags allow the STG44 to maintain a fast TTK at long range with little damage dropoff.
Ultimately the fastest-killing STG loadout changes depending on the usage. The key changes to keep an eye on for the Sniper support build are the Fabric Grip, G16 2.5x, and Krausnick S11S Folding for the Polymer Grip, SV-40 PU Scope 3-6x, and VDD 34S Weighted.
