Warzone expert reveals Season 5’s best Assault Rifle loadout
Call of Duty expert WhosImmortal has revealed the best Assault Rifle for players to try out following the meta changes in Warzone Pacific Season 5.
The Warzone Pacific changed significantly after the arrival of the Season 5 update, as Raven Software nerfed the KG M40 and players are now searching for the new mid-range meta weapon.
Warzone content creator and expert WhosImmortal went over the most effective Assault Rifle options that are available in Season 5. After testing them all, he revealed the number one choice in the game.
WhosImmortal’s list of the best Assault Rifles consists of powerful weapons like the Grau 5.56, AS44, Cooper Carbine, and Automaton. However, they were all outranked by the STG44 which he called the “go-to” choice in Season 5.
The weapon was praised for its great velocity stats, minimal recoil, and impressive range. WhosImmortal made it clear that the STG44 is the best Assault Rifle in Warzone after the nerfs to the NZ-41 and KG M40.

WhosImmortal’s Warzone STG44 loadout primarily focuses on making the weapon more accurate. This is why he went with the Pine Tar Grip to ensure great recoil control and hip fire accuracy.
The 7.62 Gorenko 50 Round Mags also help reduce recoil while also boosting the fire rate. This will ensure a faster TTK so that you can use the STG44 to take out multiple opponents extremely fast.
Nerves of Steel improves your accuracy when injured and this will come in handy when you’re taking damage during a gunfight. Finally, Fully Loaded will start you off with the maximum amount of ammo.
