A new glitch with the Roze skin in Warzone is making the head of the player model completely invisible.
It appears that a new bug has appeared in Warzone for the highly debated “Near Dark” Roze skin. Up to now, players have complained that the skin is essentially “pay to win”, as it is very hard to spot in dark areas of the map.
Now, there is a bug where the already hard-to-spot player model can have her head appear completely invisible, per a tweet from Twitter user @conne90.
In the video, whenever the Roze skin takes out her Heartbeat sensor, her head completely disappears, making her not only a hard target to spot but also nearly impossible to headshot.
We’re unsure if players will actually still be able to land a headshot while her head is not visible, but we can safely assume this is a game-breaking glitch, as it can be used to gather intel from head glitches while remaining unseen.
For example, if a player peeks over a building, staircase or ledge, they can simply pull out their heartbeat sensor and have their head completely invisible to enemy players. We’re unsure if this bug is platform specific, so be sure to let us know @charlieINTEL on Twitter if you can replicate this bug.
For the time being, we just recommend players stay vigilant, as there isn’t really much that can be done to combat this exploit. Fortunately, players cannot shoot while Roze’s head is invisible, so this isn’t a bug that will ruin normal Warzone games.
In most lobbies, we don’t expect this bug to destroy competitive integrity, but perhaps some higher skilled players will choose to intentionally or unintentionally abuse this to gain information.
We’ll update if we hear any more about this bug, or if it becomes widespread. Be on the lookout.

Warzone’s frustrating Loadout glitch is back and it’s worse than ever
Warzone’s frustrating Loadout Drop glitch is back, and the Pacific update’s Loadout delay has made it worse than ever.
Warzone players have been fighting against Raven Software’s decision to delay Loadout Drops until after the first circle, and the situation has been made even worse by these delayed Loadouts falling through the map again.
Warzone instantly set itself apart from the rest of the battle royale genre by including Loadout Drops where players can pick up their own pre-built weapons. The Warzone Pacific update put a delay on these loadouts, preventing players from getting one until after the first circle, and players have been demanding change.
This Loadout Drop delay has only got more frustrating for players as the Loadout Drops are now falling straight through Caldera, making them impossible to grab.
Warzone players need to wait almost seven minutes until they can buy a Loadout Drop, and many are hoping this change will be reverted in February’s Season 2 update.
But sometimes it’s not even worth the wait as a frustrating Loadout Drop glitch that originated in Verdansk has now hit Caldera.
Several Warzone players have complained that their free Loadout Drop has fallen straight through the map. Most often, this happens when the Loadout lands on Peak, the volcano in the middle of the map, but it’s being reported elsewhere too.
Reddit users ‘AnduriII’ and ‘harshmangat’ both had their Loadouts fall straight through the Fields POI. All of the comments were filled with players reporting the exact same issue.
There’s another issue where players are freezing at Buy Stations and Loadout Drops, but it doesn’t look like the falling through the map issue is on Raven’s radar. They have a ton of bugs and issues listed on their Trello board, but there’s no sign of this glitch yet.
Warzone’s next major update will be Season 2 on February 14, but hopefully, Raven Software will get on top of some of these game-breaking issues before then.

Warzone Pacific stats prove Owen Gun is most underrated SMG
Stats are proving that Vanguard’s Owen Gun SMG is one of the most underrated weapons players can use in Warzone Pacific.
Vanguard’s Owen Gun has flown under the radar in Warzone Pacific but statistics from WZ Ranked show that the weapon has the second-best K/D amongst SMGs.
Since the MP40’s recent nerf, Warzone Pacific players turned to Vanguard weapons for a new close-range option on Rebirth Island and Caldera. Most players landed on the Welgun as the new SMG of choice.
Of course, the weapon that arrived with the mid-Season 1 update is an incredibly powerful option but you may be surprised to discover that the Owen Gun is right on its tail and looking to claim the top SMG spot.
The Owen Gun isn’t a particularly popular choice in Vanguard either with it being overshadowed by the MP40 and PPSH-41. However, it seems like the Owen Gun has finally earned some time in the spotlight.
According to WZ Ranked, the Owen Gun boasts a Warzone Pacific K/D ratio of 1.22 which ranks as the third-best overall weapon in Warzone as of January 24. Its main competitor in the Welgun is ranked number one with a K/D of 1.29 and the C58 splits the two with a K/D of 1.25
Call of Duty content creators have been enjoying what the Owen Gun has to offer and even though its slower-than-average fire rate may feel strange for an SMG, it has excellent damage range to compensate.
The Owen Gun has made up a ton of ground in recent months which may turn a few heads. Only a few short weeks ago the Owen Gun’s K/D was ranked 28th but it has recently shot up to third and may just take the top spot in the coming weeks.
During the same timespan, its pick ratio has also shot up from 0.4% to 1.3%. Pick ratio indicates how popular a Warzone weapon is and the MP40 is currently on top with 14.7%.

Fan-favorite Warzone weapon kills faster than the best Vanguard guns
An iconic MW Assault Rifle has returned for a second stint in the spotlight and it kills faster than the best Vanguard weapons in Warzone.
Despite there being over 40 new Vanguard weapons in Warzone Pacific, a fan-favorite Modern Warfare Assault Rifle is proving to be superior to its newest competition.
Since Vanguard weapons joined the pool of options in Warzone Pacific many top choices have come and gone. At first, it seemed like Vanguard weapons would dominate the battlefield, but now one forgotten MW weapon is reclaiming its throne as the top Assault Rifle option.
Warzone players who refuse to embark on the grueling journey of leveling up Vanguard weapons will be pleased to hear that this fan-favorite AR is making a significant comeback.
The Kilo 141 is proving that Warzone Pacific players don’t need Vanguard to compete with high-powered meta options. The iconic Assault Rifle from Modern Warfare certainly had a long stint in the spotlight as Warzone’s best AR before gradually fading away.
In a recent video Call of Duty content creator IceManIsaac proves that the fan-favorite AR is statistically superior to the best Vanguard weapons in certain situations.
Best Warzone Pacific Kilo 141 loadout
- Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
- Barrel: Singuard Arms 19.8″ Prowler Barrel
- Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
- Laser: Tac Laser
- Ammunition: 60 Round Mags
In the video, IceManIsaac analyzes the TTK of the Kilo 141 in comparison to Vanguard’s two best Warzone weapons in the STG44 and Bren. The stats show that when ADS maneuvering is taken into consideration, the Kilo has a lower TTK than the STG44 and Bren.
The experienced CoD veteran explains that the Kilo’s biggest weakness is damage dropoff that kicks in at extremely long distances of over 50 meters.
Considering Caldera’s terrain and the nature of the majority of gunfights, the Kilo won’t suffer from this weakness often which makes it one of the best ARs in Warzone Pacific.
Many Warzone Pacific players do not own Vanguard which makes leveling up Vanguard weapons in Warzone a troublesome task especially since loadouts arrive later in Warzone Pacific matches.
This meta Kilo option offers players a solution that allows them to maintain a competitive edge.
