Call of Duty Warzone’s newest weapon, the STG 44 has some major problems with the visual recoil and players are calling for the developers to fix this.

Warzone Season 6 brought a plethora of new content to enjoy, including the STG 44. This weapon is from Call of Duty: Vanguard and was added ahead of that title’s release.

While the STG 44 might go through a few changes before Vanguard’s arrival, but multiple players have reported a major problem with the recoil in the Warzone version of this weapon.

Many players that used the STG 44 in Warzone noticed that the weapon is difficult to use because of the extremely high recoil. Reddit user TrueLordOfPotatoes highlighted this issue in the Warzone subreddit.

They posted a clip showcasing this issue in the game. The Redditor used the weapon in combat, but the blowback kept making it difficult for them to land their shots with any precision.

“I don’t know about you guys but I think the STG 44 slamming into your shoulder like this would hurt quite a bit,” wrote the Redditor.

Many of the users agreed that the visual recoil of the weapon seems impractical and unrealistic compared to other weapons in the game. “Someone actually worked on this and thought that visual recoil was ready for the game,” wrote one user.

The developers often pay attention to strange issues like this and implement hotfixes as part of update patches. Hopefully, we’ll see this problem resolved ahead of Vanguard’s release date.
