Warzone players are delighted to find that the devs are continuing to improve the flow of Caldera by adding new Redeploy Balloon locations in the April 19 update.

April 19 brought a new update to Warzone Pacific Season 2 Reloaded ahead of Season 3. With fans getting excited for potential Caldera map changes and Godzilla’s teased arrival, some have discovered interesting changes to the BR map already.

In addition to a new POI, it seems new Redeploy Balloon locations were also found on Caldera. Hopefully, this will further improve the options for rotating on the BR map, which many have been dissatisfied with.

The Warzone community hasn’t been the most supportive of Caldera, with a lot of players excited about Verdansk’s potential return to the BR. Having said that, the devs have been working to improve the map with Redeploy Balloons.

Reddit user mikerichh highlighted some new Redeploy Balloons on Caldera, which weren’t mentioned in the April 19 patch notes.

So far, the user has found three new Redeploy Balloons in the following locations: “Factory, small military base NW of airfield across the river (where I am in the image), and middle of mines‬.”

The player even states that they hope to see “more mobility on Caldera,” as the Redeploy Balloons have no doubt been a well-received Warzone mechanic, especially for Caldera.

Others in the comments seem to agree as well, with one comment stating: “I think the balloons have been a great addition.”

We’ll have to wait and see if players discover more of these Redeploy Balloons, as well as if Season 3 and Godzilla will drastically change Caldera and improve the movement and flow of the map further.
