Warzone players furious with unwanted change from April 19 update

The April 19 Warzone Pacific Season 2 Reloaded update has brought a major change that players don’t seem too happy about.

Despite not being a major update, the April 19 patch for Warzone Pacific brought an unwanted change that some in the community are furious about.

As well as your standard bug fixes, the April 19th update brought some pretty big changes to the battle royale. With the Death and Taxes LTM now gone, players will be dropping into Caldera expecting a familiar experience.

Having said that, the update has not just merged Vanguard Royale and the standard Battle Royale, it has also brought some guaranteed events to the game that haven’t gone down well with players.

Following the April 19 update, Warzone players can now expect to get both a Restock and Fire Sale after the fourth Circle. For those that don’t know, Fire Sale offers discounted items at Buy Stations and also allows players to get a free Self Revive.

The devs reasoning for this in the patch notes was as follows: “Having mid-game events help players restock their inventory and give players improved looting opportunities in the mid-to-late game, especially if returning from the Gulag.”

While this may seem like an innocent change, some players aren’t happy about it, as it means most players in the lobby will have a self revive after the fourth circle.

Reddit user Mrheadshot0 shared their opinion on this change, stating “Why do we need to give every player a self revive in 4th circle tho? Lol I don’t understand why the fire sales have to happen every game.”

Ultimately, they’re not saying that they don’t like the Self Revive mechanic, as they state that they enjoy the mystery of not knowing if someone has one or not. They now feel that it will be “obvious” that players will most likely have one after the fourth zone.

They aren’t the only ones who feel this way either, as other comments are in agreement: “It was horrific playing Vanguard Royale purely for the 4th round advanced UAV spam… Why do they bring back objectively bad experiences when they know players don’t like them?”

We’ll have to wait and see how it goes but as we know from the reverted Loadout Drop changes, the devs are open to tweaks.

Best Armaguerra 43 loadout for Warzone Season 3

The Armaguerra 43 is an extremely effective SMG, and here’s the best loadout for it in Warzone Pacific Season 3.

Warzone Armaguerra 43

The Armaguerra 43 is an extremely effective SMG, and with the right attachments, Perks, and equipment you can make the best loadout for it in Warzone Pacific Season 3.

Warzone features a plethora of powerful SMGs that are ideal weapons for close-range combat, and while the Armaguerra 43 was nerfed shortly after its arrival in Season 2 Reloaded, it still remains a viable pick.

This weapon is a great choice because of its impressively fast fire rate and low recoil. If you want to make it perform even better then you’ll need to equip the right attachments, Perks, and equipment.

Here’s how you can make the best Armaguerra 43 loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 3.

Best Warzone Armaguerra 43 loadout

Best Warzone Armaguerra 43 loadout attachments

  • Muzzle: M1929 Silencer
  • Barrel: Botti 570mm Precisione
  • Optic: M38/Slate 2.5x Custom
  • Stock: Botti DA
  • Underbarrel: M1930 Strife Angled
  • Magazine: 8mm Kurz 72 Round Mags
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Stippled Grip
  • Perk 1: Hardscope
  • Perk 2: Quick

We’ll start off this Warzone loadout by equipping the M1929 Silencer muzzle, Botti 570mm Precisione barrel, and M1930 Strife Angled underbarrel to boost the weapon’s bullet velocity and recoil control while providing sound suppression.

The Stippled Grip will further improve the SMG’s accuracy and you can take advantage of this by equipping the M38/Slate 2.5x Custom optic to pick off enemies during medium-range engagements.

We picked the 8mm Kurz 72 Round Mags along with the Lengenthed ammo to ensure you have plenty of rounds to eliminate multiple enemies. The Hardscope perk will boost your accuracy after aiming down sights and Quick lets you sprint faster.

Best Warzone Armaguerra 43 Perks & equipment

E.O.D Perk in Warzone Pacific
  • Perk 1: E.O.D
  • Perk 2: Overkill
  • Perk 3: Amped
  • Lethal Equipment: Throwing Knife
  • Tactical Equipment: Stim

You’ll need some protection from enemies throwing grenades and thermite during close-quarters combat, so we recommend equipping the E.O.D Perk to make you more resistant to explosive damage.

In the second slot, you’ll need Overkill so that you can pair the SMG with a Sniper Rifle like the ZRG 20mm for long-range combat. Amped will allow you to quickly switch between the two if an enemy team gets the drop on you.

This SMG forces you up close and personal with opponents, so a well-placed Throwing Knife is the perfect way to quickly remove an enemy from the equation, and a Stim will grant you a quick health boost.

How to unlock Armaguerra 43 in Warzone

Armaguerra 43 unlock challenge in Warzone

The Armaguerra is unlocked via an in-game challenge, so all you have to do is score 10 hip-fire kills in 15 separate matches to add it to your arsenal.

If you own a copy of Vanguard, this should be a breeze in multiplayer matches, especially on small maps like the Shipment or Das Haus.

However, if you’re someone who only plays Warzone, it might be worth dropping in to Clash or Plunder to rack up some easy kills.

Best alternatives to the Armaguerra 43 in Warzone

Warzone is brimming with great SMGs, if you’re looking for an alternative to the Armaguerra 43 then the Owen Gun and Welgun are extremely viable picks for close-range combat encounters.

The MP40 is another great SMG that you can use to cause some mayhem in Warzone, thanks to its impressive damage and reliability at a variety of ranges.

Operation Monarch has provided Warzone players with several ways to gain XP, and the latest involving Kong takes big cojones — literally.

Warzone Kong Operation Monarch

If you’re ready to get up close and personal with King Kong, you could snag yourself a ton of free Warzone XP quickly. Be warned though, this hilarious new method involves some monstrous family jewels.

We’ve already revealed that Warzone’s Operation Monarch LTM can be used to level up weapons quickly. However, a new trick discovered by Warzone players seems to provide loads of additional XP despite the questionable method involved.

Operation Monarch and its challenges are set to disappear on May 25, and if you’re brave enough, you’ll only have a few days to test out the method below.

Operators fighting Kong in Warzone Pacific

While Operation Monarch received mixed reviews from the Warzone community, it hasn’t failed to provide laughs and downright wacky moments. Most streamers and top players did not care for the LTM, but most players seem to really enjoy interacting with Kong and Godzilla.

The latest example of this interaction appeared on the Warzone subreddit where a player shows off the reward for showing King Kong some admiration.

The player flies a chopper towards Kong’s giant cojones. This area is also known to be quite dangerous, as most of the time Kong will efficiently dispatch players who get too close.

If you’re lucky enough to sneak through his defenses and reach his blind spot, then you could be rewarded for your trouble. As the player describes in the post, it seems you can earn loads of XP that continue to pile on by “tickling Kong’s sack.”

While there’s no way of knowing if this will occur 100% of the time, or if it is the result of some strange glitch, it’s hard to deny that this is one of the most hilarious methods for gaining XP in Warzone we’ve ever seen.

Crazy Warzone bug makes Snoop Dogg Operator impossible to headshot

Warzone Pacific players have discovered a bizarre glitch that makes it impossible for them to headshot the Snoop Dogg Operator.

Snoop Dogg in Warzone

Snoop Dogg’s arrival shook things up in Warzone Pacific, and players have now come across a strange glitch that makes it impossible to headshot the Operator.

Warzone Pacific players have encountered their fair share of bizarre glitches that have a variety of different effects on their gameplay, such as the infamous demon gun glitch that ruins the textures on weapons.

Now, a strange new bug has popped up in Warzone Pacific Season 3, as reports are coming in of Snoop Dogg’s head disappearing, preventing players from scoring headshots on the Operator.

Snoop Dogg in Warzone

Reddit user ‘ritorhymes’ highlighted this glitch in the Warzone Pacific subreddit, and the clip they posted showed the Snoop Dog Operator’s head disappearing after equipping the Top Break Pistol.

The head vanishes the second the player pulls out the weapon and then returns as soon as they equipped the shield. The bug occurred because the player had the Akimbo attachment equipped on the Top Break pistol.

Many players were amused by the glitch, and one user jokingly stated: “No one can headshot you if you don’t have a head.” Players with the Snoop Dogg Operator skin might take advantage of this to protect themselves from headshots in battle.

Since this glitch can give players an unfair advantage, it’s likely that we’ll see Raven Software patch it up in a future Warzone Pacific update. We’ll be sure to update you as soon as they implement a fix.

Until that happens, Warzone players are finding the situation humorous, as one commenter sarcastically wrote: “Snoop Dogg’s head was actually contracted for a T-Mobile commercial during this time. That’s probably it.”
