Warzone players have major complaint about new EM2 Assault Rifle
Warzone Season 5 is finally here, and it seems the new EM2 Assault Rifle is already causing controversy as players complain about the weapon’s ADS speed.
Like every new season of Warzone, players get to level up once again to unlock items in the battle pass. As well as cosmetics and skins like the limited Kyubi Kitsune skin, players can also unlock some new weapons.
One of these new weapons is the EM2 Assault Rifle, a powerful new weapon that is built for mid to long-range engagements. However, players aren’t very satisfied with the weapon’s aim down sight speed.
Apart from the slight delay, Season 5 is getting off to a pretty good start, with players enjoying the new content, especially the weapons.
Like any new content, though, there seem to be slight issues that players think need some tweaking when it comes to the Warzone EM2 Assault Rifle.
Warzone’s EM2 ADS speed
Reddit user JustLawlyOnTwitch put a post up highlighting the issue with the EM2, stating, “The NEW AR ADS longer than a sniper rifle lmao.”
The post showed the issues through a video, where the player has the EM2 with an optic attachment.
In the video, the player shows off just how long it actually takes for the Warzone EM2 to aim in with an optic, stating it is longer than a “sniper rifle.”
Some users in the comments are in agreement, with one stating that “you won’t win any gunfight you aren’t expecting, aka if you can’t preaim you will lose. It’s extremely slow.”
While some others disagree, with one even saying you can counter the slow aim with certain attachments: “Putting the 3x on fixes that and the 40 mag.”
The new Warzone EM2 weapon definitely hits hard. However, perhaps the developers need to look into just how long it takes to ADS, as the video shown in the post does seem like it takes extremely long.
