Warzone old mines and pacific intel locations

As Warzone prepares to shift over to the new Caldera map, The Secrets of the Pacific event helps players uncover information about the new map. You’ll need to pick up Intel and hold onto it to unlock an STG44 Blueprint and Caldera cosmetics, so here are all of Verdansk’s Intel locations.

We’re now in the final weeks of Verdansk, with Warzone moving over to the Pacific Caldera map on December 8. But the Verdansk content hasn’t wrapped up yet, as Raven Software has included the Operation Flashback LTM as well as the Secrets of the Pacific event.

The event allows players to unlock images of the upcoming Caldera map alongside the Bomber Menace STG44 Blueprint.

Here’s how to complete the challenges and all of the Intel locations.

How to complete Warzone Secrets of the Pacific challenges

Warzone’s Secrets of the Pacific event tasks players with picking up six pieces of Intel scattered around Verdansk and holding on to it for a set amount of circle collapses.

Once you find the piece of Intel, just press the interact button to pick it up then survive for the specified number of circles or win the game. You can only pick up one piece of Intel at a time, so you’ll probably only manage to complete one challenge in a game.

And this needs to be completed inside regular battle royale matches – not Plunder.

All Warzone Secrets of the Pacific Intel locations & rewards

Here are all of the Warzone Intel locations so you can complete the challenges as quickly as possible.

1. Warzone Jailbreak Intel location

The first piece of Intel can be found in the Prison POI, down in the showers on the ground level.

You can either enter through the top or bottom of the Prison to reach it, but just look for a bench by a set of lockers. You’ll see a table tennis racket on the bench, so just interact with it to collect the Intel.

You’ll earn the Marina Street Calling Card for surviving with this piece of Intel.

2. Warzone On The Air Intel location

You’ll need to head to the electronics shop between Train Station and Promenade West to find the second piece of Intel.

The electronics shop is the square white building, so just head inside and look for a microphone leaning against the northwest wall. Press your interact button to collect it, then hold onto it to earn the Local Radio Emblem.

3. Warzone Fast Food Intel location

The third piece of Intel can be found inside the Burger Town restaurant inside Airport.

Look for the raised seating area at the west side of the building and you’ll see the burger town restaurant in the far wall. We recommend dropping down from the roof to access it but you can also do some nifty parkour to get there.

Look for the old-fashioned cash machine at the left end of the counter and interact with it to collect the Intel and unlock the Volcanic Souvenir Charm.

4. Warzone On Your Feet Intel location

The fourth piece of Intel, On Your Feet, can be found inside the Hospital POI on top of an operating table.

The quickest way to find it is to go to the bottom of the main tower building and take the door directly to the left. You’ll see an operating theatre in front of you, so head inside and interact with the blue first aid kit to collect the Intel.

By doing this, you’ll earn the Naval Plan Sticker.

5. Warzone Abandoned Intel location

You’ll need to go down into the mines to pick up the fifth piece of Intel. Just as players had assumed it would never happen, the mineshafts on the west side of the map have finally opened up, so here’s a reason to visit.

You should head to the building furthest west, and use the zipline to drop down into mines. Look for a box of dynamite and hold the interact button to pick it up to get your hands on the Familiar Machinery Spray.

6. Warzone Secrets Intel location

The sixth and final piece of Intel can be found inside one of the WW2 bunkers that opened up at the start of Season 6.

There are reports that the Intel can be found in all three of the WW2 bunkers. Look for the red shipping containers found by Boneyard, Airport, and Array and take the zipline down into the bunker.

When inside need to look for some model battleships on a desk below a painting. Again, press the interact button to pick it up and survive to unlock the Hospital Resort Calling Card.

Best Cooper Carbine loadout for Warzone Pacific Caldera

Here are the best attachment, Perks, and Equipment to run with Warzone Pacific Caldera’s Cooper Carbine Assault Rifle.

Published

on

Warzone Pacific Season 1’s Cooper Carbine has proved itself to be an extremely effective Assault Rifle, so here are the attachments and Perks that make up the best loadout for Caldera.

Caldera, Warzone’s new Pacific map, arrived as part of the Season 1 update back in December. This also brought the Cooper Carbine – an Assault Rifle that’s proved to be one of Caldera’s most dominant weapons.

We’ve got the perfect attachments, Perks, and Equipment to make the best Cooper Carbine loadout in Warzone Pacific Caldera.

Best Warzone Pacific Cooper Carbine loadout attachments

  • Muzzle: MX Silencer
  • Barrel: 22″ Cooper Custom
  • Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x
  • Stock: Cooper 45RS
  • Underbarrel: M1930 Strife Angled
  • Magazine: 9mm 60 Round Drums
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
  • Perk: Tight Grip
  • Perk 2: Fully Loaded

At long last, the Cooper Carbine emerges as an excellent long-range option following nerfs to the Bren. We’ve built this Cooper Carbine to dominate at long-range, boasting a fast fire rate and next to no recoil.

To start, the SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x, 22″ Cooper Custom barrel, and MX Silencer vastly improve this weapon’s ability to hit distant targets with minimal recoil. Then, we also have the Cooper 45RS stock that contributes to the weapon’s long-range stability.

The M1930 Strife Angled and Polymer Grip further add to the Cooper Carbine’s accuracy and recoil control. With the 9mm 60 Round Drums you’ll be able to take on squads and the magazine attachment also boosts fire rate and ADS speed. We also recommend using Lengthened ammo which will make your bullets hit harder than usual.

The Tight Grip makes this weapon a laser beam thanks to the added accuracy and recoil control during sustained fire. Lastly, Fully Loaded ensures you have full ammo when you grab your loadout.

Best Perks & Equipment to use with Warzone Pacific Cooper Carbine

  • Perk 1: E.O.D
  • Perk 2: Overkill
  • Perk 3: Amped
  • Lethal: Frag Grenade
  • Tactical: Stun Grenade

Lethal Equipment got a significant buff in the Warzone Pacific Season 1 patch notes, so E.O.D has remained an extremely effective choice to protect yourself from explosives.

As the Cooper Carbine has transformed from a close-range AR to a long-range AR, we recommend using Overkill so you have two primary weapons such as the MP40 or Welgun, and Amped to quickly switch between them.

For lethal equipment, the Frag Grenade is now a powerful choice thanks to Season 1 buffs, and the Stun Grenade Tactical will slow your enemies to a halt, giving you a quick and easy kill.

How to unlock Cooper Carbine in Warzone Pacific Season 1

The Cooper Carbine can be unlocked for free at Tier 15 in the Vanguard and Warzone Season 1 Battle Pass.

It won’t take long to reach Tier 15, so just keep playing all the modes Warzone Pacific has to offer and you’ll soon unlock the Cooper Carbine.

Best alternatives to Warzone Pacific Cooper Carbine

There are plenty of other powerful long-range weapons in Warzone Pacific, with the Type 11 and STG44 proving to be extremely effective. The classic Kar98k is also well worth your time.

Warzone Pacific & Vanguard Season 2 officially delayed

Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone Pacific Season 2 has officially been delayed after devs share community update.

Published

on

It seems the Call of Duty devs have got a lot on their plate at the moment, causing them to delay the release of Warzone Pacific & Vanguard Season 2.

Warzone & Vanguard have had a lot of updates over the past couple of weeks, including the mid-season patch which looked to solve a lot of the game’s performance issues.

Despite improvements and better communication from the devs when it comes to sharing what they’re working on, Season 2 has been officially delayed to give them more time to work on fixes.

Call of Duty announced over on Twitter that Season 2 of Warzone and Vanguard has officially been delayed from the February 1 released date to February 14.

With all the crazy news coming out recently regarding Microsoft’s plans to purchase Activision, which includes Call of Duty, this probably won’t come as much of a shock to the community, especially given all the current performance issues.

While the devs recognize that they have “deployed a number of updates” recently to fix the issues, including a fix for the freezing Buy Station bug, they also recognize “that more needs to be done.”

The main reason for Season 2 of Warzone and Vanguard being delayed is in order for the devs to continue improving the gameplay experience. Many players will likely be happy that the season is being delayed, as another big update to the game might just cause even more issues and further frustration.

As more information is released regarding Season 2 of Vanguard and Warzone Pacific, we’ll be sure to cover it. For now, check out how much money Warzone makes.
