Here’s every Perk you get with Warzone’s uber-rare Specialist Bonus, and how to get your hands on the powerful pick-up in Warzone Season 5.

If you’re very lucky in Call of Duty: Warzone, you can get your hands on the Specialist Bonus. In Multiplayer, this allows you to accrue Perks instead of Killstreaks, essentially turning you into a super-soldier. In Warzone, it’s found by finding the Token.

The Specialist Bonus Token was previously available in Warzone through the Nakatomi Plaza vault, but it can now be found around Verdansk and in the Iron Trials mode. Warzone’s Specialist behaves slightly different to Modern Warfare’s, so here’s every bonus it gives you and how to get your hands on it in Season 5.

How to get Specialist Bonus in Warzone Season 5

Warzone’s Specialist Bonus was the key to a ton of world-record games during Season 3’s 80s Action Heroes event. It was temporarily removed after the event concluded, but was then readded during Season 4 and is still around in Season 5.

How to get Specialist in Battle Royale

Rather than having to open a bunker or gain access to the Nakatomi Vault, the Specialist Bonus is now mostly found through luck. And to make it even rarer than it was before, it no longer drops on death. If you die with the Specialist Bonus equipped, it will disappear and nobody else can have it.

Here are the places you can find the Specialist Bonus in Warzone Season 5:

  • Standard ‘Blue’ loot chests
  • Legendary ‘Orange’ loot chests
  • Red Door loot rooms

The Red Doors have undergone some significant changes since their arrival, now giving you Sentry Guns, allowing you to complete an Easter Egg, and even dropping you from the sky. If you’re looking for a Specialist Bonus, Red Doors seem to be the way to go.

Following Warzone’s September 23 patch notes, the Specialist Bonus arrived in Warzone’s Iron Trials 84 mode. While game-changing, Raven Software has ensured that it’s extremely difficult to get.

The only way to get it is to purchase it from a Buy Station for $50,000. This is an incredible amount of cash, and you’ll likely need to be having the game of your life to afford it.

Raven explained that “We suspect very few people will be able to say they’ve purchased a Specialist Token. However, we do feel there is an opportunity to provide high tier Players with additional impactful outlets for their hard-earned resources.”

What does Warzone’s Specialist Bonus do? All Perks

Call of Duty Warzone Perk selection

Warzone’s Specialist Bonus offers players every standard Perk in the game. This turns you into a super-soldier, allowing you to be hidden from UAVs, Restock your equipment on the go, see enemy footstep trails, and have your vision pulse when an enemy aims at you. Plus, it also gives you Season 5’s powerful Tempered and Combat Scout Perks.

Here’s the full list of Specialist Bonus Perks:

  • Double Time
  • E.O.D
  • Scavenger
  • Cold-Blooded
  • Kill Chain
  • Quick Fix
  • Restock
  • Hardline
  • Tempered
  • Overkill
  • High Alert
  • Ghost
  • Pointman
  • Tune Up
  • Amped
  • Combat Scout
  • Shrapnel
  • Battle Hardened
  • Spotter
  • Tracker

It’s worth noting that Specialist does not give you Weapon Perks. Modern Warfare guns used to get these extra Perks such as Sleight of Hand and FMJ, but Raven Software decided the bonus needed to be nerfed, so this is no longer the case.
