Call of Duty: Vanguard Zombies’ latest reveal trailer may have hinted at a fan-favorite World at War map returning to the mode.

The latest news on Call of Duty: Vanguard Zombies revealed some exciting developments for a fan-favorite World at War map potentially returning.

Call of Duty: Vanguard isn’t too far away now, and players are beginning to get more information about its release, such as the new anti-cheat system and map when it is integrated into Warzone.

As we edge closer, it seems the developers have decided the time was right to release a new trailer for Vanguard’s Zombies mode in the spirit of Halloween.

The trailer didn’t just reveal information and details about the story direction, it also hinted at a fan-favorite map returning.

Vanguard Zombies will launch with a new mode called “Der Anfang,” which is said to combine the classic round-based format with features seen in Black Ops Cold War‘s Zombies and some new innovative mechanics that haven’t been seen before in Zombies.

As we know, the mode will be created by Treyarch, but in the Vanguard/Modern Warfare engine, and it will carry on the Dark Aether storyline introduced in Cold War.

During the trailer, it’s clear that players will be going through rifts and traveling across various maps to complete challenges.

One of the maps the players in the trailer travel to is a classic from World at War, Shi No Numa.

In Der Anfang, not only will players be battling hoards of Zombies in areas exclusive to Vanguard, but also the swamps of Shi No Numa, and who knows, maybe even more classic Zombies maps.

Shi No Numa is a great Zombies map to bring back into the Zombies mode for Call of Duty, allowing those new players to experience a classic map and giving those dedicated fans a nostalgia trip.

This particular map was one of the first that helped put Call of Duty Zombies on the map and become the global success it has been over the years, with Vanguard taking the franchise back to World War II and Treyarch leading the development of the game’s Zombies mode. Shi No Numa is a perfect choice for incorporating classic areas into the franchise’s latest game.

Call of Duty RICOCHET anti-cheat to introduce trusted matchmaking for Warzone & Vanguard

Raven Software and Activision recently revealed more details about the new Warzone anti-cheat, which include plans for trusted matchmaking.

New information regarding Warzone’s RICOCHET anti-cheat has revealed plans to introduce trusted matchmaking.

Warzone‘s new anti-cheat system called RICOCHET has been trending a lot recently since more information was revealed.

Popular Warzone YouTuber’s and streamers were invited to a briefing of Raven Software and Activision’s, which provided new details about RICOCHET.

One of these new details is about trusted matchmaking, which could drastically improve player experience.

RICOCHET is set to land in Call of Duty: Warzone once the game has integrated with Vanguard, which releases November 5.

Cheaters and hackers in Warzone have been a severe problem for some time now, with some famous Warzone players like NICKMERCS even leaving for Apex Legends because of it.

The fact that players now have a new anti-cheat to look forward to is excellent, especially as RICOCHET is promising, as it looks to stop as many cheaters and hackers as possible.

RICOCHET anti-cheat trusted matchmaking

One of the RICOCHET anti-cheat features revealed by the developers is called trusted matchmaking, which will potentially reduce the number of hackers in legitimate players’ games drastically.

Trusted matchmaking is RICOCHET collecting data from players and placing them in “trusted” and “untrusted” player pools. If this works, this will place hackers in lobbies with other hackers and legitimate players with those alike.

Further, Activision has also confirmed that even if players are in the “trusted” pool, they will still be monitored and moved to “untrusted” if there’s any suspicious activity, as no player will be immune to the anti-cheats initiatives.

There is plenty of hope in the Call of Duty community that features like trusted matchmaking will allow the RICOCHET anti-cheat system to make hacking extremely difficult for cheaters in Warzone and Vanguard, and while it will never be 100% effective should make the appearance of hackers in lobbies much rarer than currently.

That’s all for the trusted matchmaking in Warzone’s upcoming RICOCHET anti-cheat in what is one of the system’s exciting features to combat hackers.

FaZe Swagg shows off what Assault Rifle will replace every SMG in Warzone Season 6

FaZe Swagg feels as if he’s found the best close-range option in Warzone Season 6 that will replace every SMG class you have.

FaZe Swaggs latest video presents an Assault Rifle in Warzone Season 6 that just might replace every SMG as the best close-range option.

Warzone Season 6 is the final season of the Black Ops Cold War integration, introducing some new weapons like the Grav and .410 Ironhide.

With Vanguard on the way, the developers introduced STG44 and M1 Garand blueprints in the Season 6 Battle Pass, allowing players to get to grips with the Vanguard weapons prior to the integration.

This has ultimately led to FaZe Swagg showing off the STG44 as an Assault Rifle that could very well become your best SMG option.

With so much news coming out around Call of Duty: Vanguard and its integration with Warzone, especially about the new RICOCHET anti-cheat system, it was only fitting that the developers gave players a chance to use the STG44 and M1 Garand.

In his latest video, FaZe Swagg shows off the new STG44 weapon blueprint called the “Bonerattler,” a more close-ranged version of the Assualt Rifle.

If you’re wondering how you can get these Vanguard weapon blueprints, check out our piece on how to unlock both the M1 Garand and STG44 in Warzone.

Although JGOD‘s recent video expressed that these Vanguard weapons wouldn’t become meta until they release fully and not just as weapon blueprints, FaZe Swagg feels as if the close-range STG44 weapon blueprint is powerful compared to other SMGs.

In the video, FaZe Swagg says the STG44 is “probably one of the most versatile weapons in the game.” Although it is an Assault Rifle, FaZe Swagg believes this particular STG44 weapon blueprint can “100% replace some of your favorite sub-machine guns.”

Further, FaZe also states that “the time to kill as a sub is absolutely ridiculous,” competing with the other great SMG options in the game, such as the MAC-10 and MP5.

FaZe Swagg goes on to drop 29 kills and secure the victory while using this blueprint, so perhaps the STG44 Bonerattler is something to take seriously when it comes to the Season 6 close-range meta.
