Activision shocked the Call of Duty community with Rambo, John McClane, and Nakatomi Plaza. The two skins will remain, but how long does Nakatomi Plaza have in Warzone?

Nakatomi Plaza’s arrival has been a resounding success with Call of Duty: Warzone fans praising the location for feeling “fun and fresh” in Warzone. Not only that, but even popular streamer Herschel “Guy” Beahm IV AKA Dr Disrespect has shown his admiration for the POI.

Nakatomi Plaza turned the relatively untouched Downtown area into a hotbed for action and intensity. But as with everything, all good things must come to an end. Let’s take a look at the possible end date for Nakatomi Plaza in Warzone.

When the official Call of Duty website first outlined the location and all the different elements that comprised it, it made sure to say that these were, “limited-time areas.

No matter how popular Nakatomi Plaza proved to be, it always had an expiration date. Black Ops Cold War currently has a timer ticking down the remaining time of the 80s Action Hero Event.

It is scheduled to conclude at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST.

As we continue to move from season to season in Verdansk ’84, it seems like Raven Software is trying to explain different events in the build-up to the Season 2 Nuke Event and provide different opportunities for players.

We fully expect Nakatomi Plaza to revert to its original state by the beginning of Season 4. Based on previous seasons and the projected end of the Season 3 Battle Pass, we would expect June 16 or June 17 to be the launch of Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4.

It’s always possible that if Nakatomi Plaza does presumably get removed it will return in some capacity in the future as part of map nostalgia.
