Fortnite Season 8’s Punchcard Quests task players with finding and hunting a wolf, so here’s the quickest and easiest way to complete the challenge.

Fortnite Season 8 has changed the way Weekly Quests work. Now, instead of the Epic and Legendary challenges, players must complete both Character and Weekly Punchcards to help earn XP and finish the Battle Pass before the season ends.

With Week 3, Grim Fable’s Punchcard Quests arrived and players must hunt a wolf to earn a cool 30,000 XP.

Here’s a full guide on finding and hunting wolves, including where to find them.

Fortnite Jonesy and wolf

As this is a Punchcard Quest, you can’t just find a wolf and kill it to get the job done. You have to talk to Grim Fable in Weeping Woods to receive the Quest. You’ll have to have completed the other Quests beforehand, too.

But, once the Quest is tracked, hunting a wolf doesn’t have any special requirements, you just need to kill a wolf that you come across. They do travel in packs though, so it may be difficult to get out with your life.

Using the wolf locations above, we recommend landing a little bit away from their spawns. This will allow you to gear up with weapons, shields, and mats so you can take down a wolf with ease. If you can get yourself a Sniper Rifle, this only becomes easier.

Plus, you can actually tame a wolf to fight for your side, and you may be able to ride them in the future.

For finding and killing a wolf, you’ll earn yourself 30,000 XP towards earning Battle Stars.
