It’s finally time. The Call of Duty: WWII Private Beta Weekend 1 is now live on PlayStation 4. The servers are up, and players can now get their first hands on experience with Call of Duty: WWII MP before the November 3 launch.

Players who preordered Call of Duty: WWII digitally, the beta is now available for download directly on the PlayStation 4 store. Search for ‘Call of Duty: WWII Private Beta’ on the store to find it and download now.

Players who preordered Call of Duty: WWII at a retailer, make sure you redeemed the code you received from the retailer at callofduty.com/beta. Activision has started to send out emails with beta download codes, which you need to redeem on the PlayStation 4 store.

Weekend 1 of the beta features 3 MP maps (Pointe du Hoc, Ardennes, and Gibraltar), 3 modes (TDM, Domination, and Hardpoint), and the new War mode on Operation Breakout.

To start off, the level cap in the beta is level 20. Sledgehammer might increase it as the beta continues, so stay tuned. Divisions also have their own level cap — Level 4 in the beta.

Weekend 1 of the Call of Duty: WWII Private Beta ends on Monday, August 28 at 10AM PT!

If you experience any issues during the beta, please reach out to Activision Support via their site or on Twitter.

Weekend 2 of the Call of Duty: WWII Private Beta begins on Friday, September 1 at 10AM PT and ends on Monday, September 4 at 10AM PT on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
