On 3 January, Treyarch released an update to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 for Xbox One players. They announced this patch in a tweet that said the following:

We’ve released a patch on Xbox One to address intermittent freezing issues during late-game play in Blackout on Xbox One X. Thanks for your patience!

The patch is reported to be around 34mb in size and is meant to fix the freezing in Blackout players have been encountering since a recent update.

Treyarch have stated they were intending to fix this issue on 27 December and have finally done so. It is unknown what other content this patch may include, but will update this post when there is more information.
