CoD pro reveals XDefiant ACR build dominating Preseason meta
UbisoftCall of Duty League pro player Anthony “Shotzzy” Cuevas-Castro has jumped onto the XDefiant hype train and the former world champion shared his meta ACR 6.8 build for competitive matches.
XDefiant’s current meta places the ACR 6.8 Assault Rifle at the top and Call of Duty pro Shotzzy has capitalized on it massively. He shared his favorite build on his Twitch livestream on May 27, 2024.
The ACR 6.8 is one of the best guns currently in the game and it has received praise from streamers and players alike since the launch of XDefiant. With an impressive fire rate of 625 RPM and quite a favorable recoil control, this gun is one of the community favorites as of writing.
To start with, Shotzzy used the Chrome-Lined Barrel to boost the close to mid-range firepower, along with the Superlight Grip Front Rail for maximum agility. He then went for the Reflex Optic for fast and accurate aiming, while the Padded Stock is ideal for reducing flinch and weapon sway.
To top it all off, he equipped the Quick Draw Rear Grip to maximize draw speed and prioritize getting shots off first in difficult situations in XDefiant.
Here’s Shotzzy’s entire meta ACR 6.8 build summarized:
- Barrel: Chrome-Lined Barrel
- Front Rail: Superlight Grip
- Optics: Reflex
- Rear Grip: Quick Draw
- Stock: Padded Stock
Shotzzy used this build to play 4v4 matches on XDefiant against several other pro players and streamers. You can trust that it’s quite capable of handling competitive enemies during matches.
Of course, Shotzzy is a CDL pro, so naturally, he’s in a league of his own. However, players should test out his meta ACR 6.8 build and see for themselves if the world champion’s loadout suits their style of play or not.
