When is XDefiant Season 2? Confirmed content & everything we know

XDefiant Season 2 is set to be the next major content drop, so you might be wondering when it’s due to arrive and what it will bring.

XDefiant Season 2 release date

XDefiant Season 2 is set to begin on Wednesday, September 24, 2024. This is according to the in-game timer shown on the Season 1 Battle Pass which is counting down to the update, but the date hasn’t been officially confirmed by Ubisoft.

Of course, there’s every chance the devs could delay it or move it forward depending on how development progresses, so we’ll be sure to update this page with any announcements.

Although the devs are yet to officially reveal what’s coming in the update, they did give us a broad overview of what to expect in the Year 1 roadmap. This explained that every major update in the first 13 months will feature a new Faction, three weapons, and three maps.

It’s also confirmed that the Battle Pass will feature 90 Tiers of unique rewards, including the new guns as well as skins and camos.
